Welcome to the Whimsy Art Party — a colourful, sparkly afternoon of art, bedazzling, treats and creative chaos at Ava Lee Artistry Café.

This isn’t just one workshop. We’ve created an entire whimsical experience where you can paint, decorate, embellish and play with a beautiful selection of creative materials.

Each guest receives their very own curated Whimsy Box, filled with everything needed for the afternoon.

No previous art experience is needed. This experience is designed to be playful, relaxed and beginner-friendly.

Bows, sparkles, pearls, florals and butterflies are encouraged.

The rule: If it shimmers or twinkles, wear it.

Come dressed for the occasion and get ready for an afternoon that's equal parts art party, sparkle station and whimsical escape.

Please note: Spaces are limited and bookings are essential. Workshop bookings are non-refundable.

Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our workshops are intentionally prepared, small-group experiences. Each seat is individually set with materials, layout, and planning specific to the session.

When you book a workshop, that seat is reserved specifically for you.

Non-Refundable Bookings

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

Due to repeated last-minute cancellations negatively impacting workshop planning and operations, refunds are no longer available once a booking has been confirmed.

We appreciate that life can be busy and schedules can change. However, when a seat is secured, preparation begins immediately. For this reason, cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person.

To do so:

• Email infoavaleeartistry@gmail.com
• Include your order number
• Provide the full name of the person attending in your place
• Submit your request at least 24 hours before the workshop

Transfers requested less than 24 hours before the workshop cannot be accommodated, and the seat will be forfeited.

Studio Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Ava Lee Artistry needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future workshop

By booking and attending a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
