We’ve transformed a selection of our favourite past workshops into beautifully prepared creative packs, complete with everything you need to recreate the project from home.

Each pack includes all the art supplies and materials required, carefully selected from the premium-quality products we use in our studio, together with access to a digital step-by-step guide to help you through the creative process.

By purchasing a Past Workshop Pack from Ava Lee Artistry / Artistry Café, you agree to the following:

No Change-of-Mind Refunds

Past Workshop Packs are prepared and supplied specifically for the selected creative experience.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind, choosing the incorrect workshop, or deciding not to complete the workshop.

Digital Guides

Digital workshop guides are provided for the personal use of the purchaser only.

They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Ava Lee Artistry.

Workshop Materials

Each pack contains the materials and supplies specified for that particular workshop.

Products, colours, brands or packaging may occasionally vary depending on availability. Where a substitution is necessary, we will aim to provide a product of comparable quality and suitability.

Premium Materials

We carefully select premium-quality products and materials for our workshop packs.

Please follow the supplied instructions and any manufacturer directions when using the products included in your pack.

Shipping

Shipping is available and delivery fees will apply where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate so that we can assist.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

Workshop Results

Our digital guides are designed to guide you through your chosen creative experience. However, every artwork is unique and individual results will naturally vary.

Differences between your finished project, the guide and example artwork are part of the creative process and do not constitute a defective product.
