Important Information

Your ceramic butter dish will be professionally glazed and kiln-fired after the workshop to achieve a beautiful, durable finish.

Please note: Your finished ceramic piece will not be available to take home on the day. You will be notified once it is ready for collection.

• All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another workshop or redeemed at a later date.
• Should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to arrange a replacement attendee.
• Glazing and kiln firing are included in the workshop price.
• Collection details will be communicated once your ceramic piece is ready.

Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our workshops are intentionally prepared, small-group experiences. Each seat is individually set with materials, layout, and planning specific to the session.

When you book a workshop, that seat is reserved specifically for you.

Non-Refundable Bookings

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

Due to repeated last-minute cancellations negatively impacting workshop planning and operations, refunds are no longer available once a booking has been confirmed.

We appreciate that life can be busy and schedules can change. However, when a seat is secured, preparation begins immediately. For this reason, cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person.

To do so:

• Provide the full name of the person attending in your place
• Submit your request at least 24 hours before the workshop

Transfers requested less than 24 hours before the workshop cannot be accommodated, and the seat will be forfeited.
